Very fast-running actuators: Better working atmosphere immediately

The new fast-running actuators of the Q series turn, push and pull HVAC control elements quickly and precisely into any desired position. Thus, they contribute to higher comfort and a better working atmosphere.

Whether in heating and cooling circuits, in ventilation, extraction or VAV systems – the new fast- running actuators from Belimo open and close air dampers as well as valves at top speed and almost silently. This immediately ensures fresh air in production rooms, laboratories and other sensitive areas. Robust motors, gearboxes and housings guarantee a longer service life here – even under the harshest of conditions. The automatic current reduction at standstill, as well as a novel mechanical inhibiting torque lock, lower the energy consumption to a minimum.

CM damper actuator: Perfection for limited space

Compact and flat, like no other.
The revolutionary, multi-patented CM rotary actuators prove Belimo’s innovative strengths once again. As thin as 16 mm (without the optional position indicator), they are flatter than some cell phones and they are as reliable as all Belimo actuators: The hardest tests in the industry testify to that with over 100,000 complete cycles and more than a million partial cycles.

The CM actuators have a torque of 2 Nm and are available as open/close as well as modulating control types. The angle of rotation can be freely selected from 0 to 315° and can also be set to rotate without limits. That provides maximum application flexibility and opens up new business fields for damper manufacturers and service companies.

RobustLine actuators: Corrosion-free and absolutely tight - IP66/67 protection ensured

Ideal under extreme ambient conditions
In animal breeding as well as in indoor swimming pools, the agriculture and food industry or in roof installations – the RobustLine actuators from Belimo remain corrosion-resistant and absolutely tight under even the harshest of conditions. Clamps made of stainless and acid-resistant steel or form-fits made of high-quality aluminum ensure a perfect spindle driver – both for air control devices as well as for valves. The interior of the housing also provides room for the installation of components on the customer side, such as a relay or controller.

MONICO - The turnkey system solution for fire dampers.

The MONICO system solution for motorised fire dampers consists of a digital auto-mation station with display for the control and monitoring of motorised fire dampers.

Data is transmitted via the proven Belimo MP-Bus®.

The MONICO system is available as a turnkey control cabinet or as a controller variant for mounting on DIN rails.

Up to eight fire dampers can be connected to each automation station. The system can be flexibly extended with slave stations for larger objects.

The built-in time switch can be used for automatically initiating regular test functions. Important system parameters are logged automatically and can be viewed at any time.

Fan Optimiser COU24-A-MP

Not as much as usual - as much as necessary!
The new, power-saving way to control the fans in a VAV system!

Thanks to the new Belimo Fan Optimiser, fans can in future be controlled based on demand according to the damper positions of the downstream VAV units. Supply pressure regulation – presently the standard method – can thus be dispensed with and fan energy consumption cut by as much as 50%. Costs will be cut substantially and the convenience for users increased.
